Free 1st class postage now available on all orders. All of our prints and cards are dispatched via Royal Mail with framed prints being dispatched as 'Signed for'.
Some of our items take longer to design than others but we aim to dispatch all our items within 3 working days as long as any required proofs are signed off within 24 hours of sending them.
Most 1st class post is delivered within 1 working day but please remember that Royal Mail delivery times are estimates only, during peak times 1st class can take up to 3 days and 2nd class can take up to 5 days.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with the items you purchase from YourSecretGift. You have 14 days from receipt of your goods to notify us if you wish to cancel or exchange any item. We are unable to accept refunds on personalised items that are specially made to order with your choice of text, image, message or any other personalised aspect unless faulty.
Please double check whether an item is refundable or non-refundable before purchasing to avoid disappointment.
Please notify us by email if you wish to cancel or exchange an item outlining your reason. We recommend that you return the goods in appropriate packaging using a "signed for" delivery method and obtain a proof of postage service. Do not destroy or dispose of any product even if it is faulty. A refund will be processed direct to your method of payment within 7 days of receipt of the faulty item.
If you wish to cancel an order after we have sent through a proof of your order then a £5 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
